How much does it cost to become a member of
There is no fee, it is absolutely FREE to join
How does work?
Once you become a member, you will see restaurants that are listed in your selected region. You can also search for restaurants across Australia by choosing an alternate region from the drop down list and clicking the red arrow to update the results. Once you choose where and when you would like to dine, you can book your table seamlessly online. Simply reserve your table by paying a small booking fee either by making a once-off payment of $8 using your credit card, or by pre-purchasing Booking Credits in multiples of 5 to reduce the booking fee to $7.
What is a Booking Credit?
A Booking Credit is a way of saving money on the cost of your booking fee. Booking Credits are only available to pre-purchase in a group of 5 for $35, through the 'Buy Credit' tab.
If I pre-purchase booking credits, how long will they last? Do they expire?
Booking Credits have no expiry date and can be used any time in the future for any available table.
How does the restaurant apply my 30% deduction?
The bookings you make on are guaranteed. You don’t need to call in advance or present anything to the restaurant.  The 30% will automatically be deducted from your bill at the conclusion of your meal.
Is there a cap on the amount the restaurant will deduct?
The restaurant will make a 30% deduction from your bill, regardless of the amount you spend. The more you spend, the greater your deduction will be!
Can I book for more than 6 diners?
No. Our program offers availability from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 6 diners per table. The restaurant has control over how many diners they can accommodate at each available time slot, and this can vary per day or time. Please refer to the calendar on your chosen restaurant's booking page, which lists the maximum number of diners allowed for a particular time.
What if I need to cancel my booking? 
Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled time using the Bookings tab in your account. Your booking fee will be credited to your account as a Booking Credit. For cancellations outside this period (less than 2 hours before your scheduled booking), you will need to contact the restaurant directly. Late cancellations are not eligible for a refund. 

Can I change my booking?
You can change your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled booking time, but please remember that the 30% off offer is valid only for the time, date and number of diners specified on your booking confirmation. To change your booking:
  1. Search to make sure your restaurant of choice has a table available for your preferred date, time and number of diners.
  2. Once confirmed, cancel your existing booking with the restaurant using the Bookings tab in your account.
  3. Make a new booking. You can use the Booking Credit you received from your cancellation to pay for the new booking.
